  • July 11: “UUCJ and Ecology: Building a Sustainable World – Affirming UU Principles”
Robert Prager, P.E. and Munsell McPhillips, Ph.D.
As designers and engineers our UU principles are central to our work.  We are called to respect our living world and our place in it when we protect a town from flooding, restore a damaged stream or design a water quality wetland. To make our work meaningful and sustainable we must respect the values and choices of all those affected and do justice to all parties.  As we try to balance competing visions, our seven principles keep us grounded.
